  where λ = mean DAR (typically 3-4)
  Target: ~50% DAR 4, ~30% DAR 2, ~15% DAR 6

Payload Release Kinetics:
  C_payload(t) = C0 · (1 - e^{-k_release·t})
  k_release = ln(2) / t½_linker

Bystander Effect Radius:
  R_bystander = √(D_payload / k_cell_uptake)
  D_payload = payload diffusion coefficient

Therapeutic Index:
  TI = TD50 / ED50
  TD50 = dose causing 50% toxicity

Antigen Expression:

Clearance:
